He has raised over $250 million in equity and debt for private and public companies. He has also financed and operated multiple restaurant chains in the Southern California market. Mr. Ahn was an investment banker with Merrill Lynch, Soundview Technology. He was also a venture capital banker with FG II Ventures, Ambient Capital.
Mr. Ahn received a AB degree with Honors in Economics from Harvard University. He also received a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.

BJ Kim

BJ Kim is our Principal in charge of Operations, Development, and Property Management.
He has served as a senior executive in some of the largest real estate companies in the Unites States. He served as the Director of Acquisitions for Centex (Pulte), arguably the largest housing developer in the country. He was responsible for acquisitions in the greater Los Angeles area. Mr. Kim also served as a Vice President of Watt Commercial, one of the largest commercial developer and operator in California. He was in charge of residential and commercial developments. Mr. Kim also served as the Executive Vice President of NMS Properties, one of the largest privately held apartment and mixed-use developer and operator in Southern California.
Mr. Kim has received a Bachelor's degree in science in Civil Engineering from the University of California Berkeley. He also received a Masters in Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He holds a Broker, Engineer and Contractor license in the state of California.

Mike Yun

Michael Yun is responsible for Operations for our Chicago area portfolio.
Mr. Yun owns and operates two real estate brokerage companies in the state of Illinois and the state of Wisconsin. He was a broker at some of the largest real estate brokerage firms in the country. He has successfully repositioned multiple residential properties to add value and marketability. His experience as a general contractor of residential construction enables him to maximize returns on investments.
Mr. Yun received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northeastern Illinois University. He holds a real estate broker's license in the state of Illinois and in the state of Wisconsin.
